Refund policy
At FREEYA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Return policy:
- Return policy: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your product. This includes international shipping.
- Return costs: The cost of returning the product is borne by the recipient.
- Refund: Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method as soon as possible.
How to return a product:
- Submit your return: submit a return request via your account or directly through our return portal. After submitting your return, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Pack the product: Make sure the product is well packed to prevent damage during transport.
- Send the product: Send the package to the following address: Oostenburgermiddenstraat 213, 1018LH, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The refund will then be processed within 30 working days.
Items sent back to us without first submitting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and with all labels and packaging intact. If the returned order has not arrived at our warehouse within 30 days after receipt, we won't accept the return and you will not receive money back.
